摘要:目的 分析汕头市疾控机构人力资源现状，为疾控机构人力资源建设提供依据。 方法 采用描述性流行病学方法对汕头市2004年底疾病预防控制机构在职人员进行分析。 结果 2004年底汕头市疾病预防控制机构在职人员不足，其中业务人员占比例略低于我省和全国平均水平，初级以下职称、无学历、无专业人员所占比例超标准配置。地级市疾控中心缺乏高学历人才，各区(县)疾控机构缺乏高级职称人员和本科学历人员。 结论 汕头市疾控机构应清醒地认识到人力资源紧缺现状，把人才建设作为当前重要任务来抓。
