    摘要:目的 制备Ⅳ号丙烯酸树脂假胶乳并对其包衣应用进行评价。 方法 用乳化溶剂挥干法制备假胶乳,并用其对罗红微丸和一清微丸进行包衣,对其掩味性能和防潮性能进行考察。结果 制备得到了基于空间稳定机制的假胶乳,用于罗红微丸包衣(5%的包衣增重)可达到良好的掩味效果;用于一清微丸包衣的防潮效果与市售同类水分散体包衣液产品Eudrgit EPO相当。结论 自制的Ⅳ号丙烯酸树脂假胶乳具有更广泛的包衣适用条件,能够用于微丸的掩味和防潮包衣。

    Preparation and evaluation of acrylic polymer Ⅳ pseudolatex as an aqueous dispersion for pellets coating

    Abstract:Objective To prepare the acrylic polymer Ⅳ pseudolatex and investigate its application in pellets coating. Methods Emulsion-solvent evaporation technique was used to prepare acrylic polymer Ⅳ pseudolatex and its stability was investigated. The pseudolatex as taste-masking and moisture proof coating were examined with the coated roxithromycin and Yiqing pellets respectively. Results The stability of the pseudolatex was based on the steric effect. A good taste-masking effect was obtained for the coated roxithromycin pellets with gainweight of 5%. The moisture proof capacity of Yiqing pellets coated with the peseudolatex was comparable to the ones coated with the EPO dispersion. Conclusions The present pseudolatex could be used under wider condition and applied to taste-masking and moisture proof coating.
