氨茶碱缓释片的研制

    摘要:目的 制备氨茶碱缓释片,并对释药因素进行了考察。方法 采用HPMC为基本骨架材料制备了氨茶碱骨架片,对影响释药的因素进行了考察。结果 随着HPMC K4M用量的增加,药物释放速率减慢;HPMC规格、黏合剂的种类、制片压力及释放介质pH等对药物释放没有显著影响。氨茶碱缓释片的体外释药行为符合一级动力学方程。结论 自行研制的缓释片缓释效果良好。

    Preparation of aminophylline sustained release tablets and factors affecting drug release

    Abstract: Objective To prepare aminophylline sustained release tablets and study its factors affecting release. Method The sustained release tablets were prepared with HPMC by wetting granulation procedure, and coated by Opadry II. The effects on the release of aminophylline from matrix tablets were studied. Results The viscosity of HPMC, sort of an adhensive and various pressures had no significant effect on the release of aminophylline. The release behavior of the tablets followed one order kinetics equation. Conclusion The aminophylline sustained release tablets we prepared have better sustained release effects.
