     [摘要] 目的：了解我院4年来下呼吸道感染鲍曼不动杆菌分布及耐药谱变迁。方法：对我院2002年至2005年自住院患者下呼吸道感染样本分离的鲍曼不动杆菌及耐药情况进行回顾性分析。结果：4 a间下呼吸道感染共分离到鲍曼不动杆菌135株，以ICU(34.1%)、老年科(22.2%)及呼吸科(20.0%)为主；耐药率呈逐年上升趋势，对亚胺培南耐药率最低(仅2004年1株耐药)，哌拉西林/他唑巴坦具较好抗菌活性，对庆大霉素、妥布霉素及复方新诺明呈高度耐受性(>73.3%)，且呈现多重耐药。结论：重视鲍曼不动杆菌感染和耐药性监测，有利于为临床合理用药提供依据。

    Acinetobacter Baumannii Distribution and Vicissitude of Drugresistance in Patients with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the distribution and vicissitude of drugresistance of Acinetobacter baumannii isolates in lower respiratory tract infection during the past 4 years.Methods The date of A.baumannii infection and its drugresistance from patients with lower respiratory tract infection during the period of 2002 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Results A total of 135 strains of A.baumannii were isolated from patients with lower respiratory tract infection.The main infections were ICU(34.1%)、senile department (22.2%)and respiratory depart ment(20.0%).The drugresistance rate of appeared increasing trend.The lowest rate of drugresistance was imipenem(only one strain resistant in 2004).Piperacillin/tazobactam showed better activity to A.baumannii.Higherresistance rate togentamicin ......
