     [摘要] 目的：研究力克肺疾(Dipasic，D)治疗复治性肺结核的临床疗效。方法：110例复治肺结核病例给予D0.9 g/d～1.2 g/d，分3次口服。结果:治疗3个月，痰菌阴转率43.6%，病灶吸收好转率87.2%，空洞闭合率55.2%，治疗12个月痰菌阴转78.2%。结论:治疗复治性肺结核，D是有效、安全、方便、值得推广使用的药物。
