高频超声对脑梗死患者颈股动脉解剖结构变化的研究

[摘要] 目的:应用高频超声观察脑梗死患者颈动脉(CA)、股动脉(FA)解剖及结构变化、内中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块数目、回声,以探讨脑梗死与CA、FA硬化的相互关系。方法:对50例脑梗死患者和40例健康老年人CA、FA行高频超声检查,观察颈、股动脉内中膜有无增厚、有无斑块、斑块数目和回声情况。结果:脑梗死组CA IMT为(0.70±0.13)mm,明显大于对照组(0.56±0.11)mm,(P<0.05);FA IMT(0.72±0.14)mm,明显大于对照组(0.59±0.09)mm,(P<0.05);脑梗死组CA、FA斑块发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高频超声是无创诊断早期动脉硬化(AS)的简便有效方法,应用外周大血管的解剖结构变化可间接评价全身动脉硬化程度。为临床预防脑血管疾病提供帮助。[关键词] 彩色多普勒;颈动脉;股动脉;内中膜厚度;
