[摘要] 目的：研究超早期康复治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及可行性。方法：采用随机分组60例患者比较康复治疗前后肢体运动功能及日常生活自理能力的变化。结果：康复组治疗效果明显好于对照组，其中尤以下肢运动功能改善显著(P<0.01), 上肢运动功能和日常生活自理能力比较也有一定差异(P<0.05)。结论：超早期康复有利于患者肢体运动功能和日常生活自理能力的恢复。在情况允许下，愈早愈好。[关键词] 超早期;康复;急性脑梗死

Abstract: Obiective Curative effect and possibility for researching of over nonage rehabilitation treatment acute cerebral infarction.Methods To adopt to along with extension for 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction for compare change of movement of severe hemiparalyzed limb and activities of daily living about front and back of rehabilitation treatment. Results Treatment effect of rehabilitation group is better than comparision group. There into movement of lower limbs improved greatly(P<0.01),there is also difference between movement of upper limbs and activities of daily living(P<0.05).Conclusion Over nonage rehabilitation is propitious to resuming about movement of severe hemiparalyzed limb of patient and activities of daily living. Under permission, the sooner the better. ......
