【摘要】 目的 研究综合健康干预措施对肥胖儿童血糖和血脂的影响，探讨控制儿童肥胖的有效方式。 方法 采用整群抽样方式，选取合肥市2所管理方式不同的学校体检中筛选出的肥胖儿童59名，同时选取体重正常儿童64名作为对照组，采取营养知识教育，膳食指导和体育锻炼等综合措施对其实施健康干预，并检测干预前后血糖(GLU)、血清总胆固醇(TCH)、三酰甘油(TG)水平。 结果 干预前肥胖组血糖水平高于对照组(P值均<0.05);干预后肥胖组和对照组血糖水平较干预前均下降(P值均<0.01)，肥胖组效果较对照组明显，2组血糖水平差异无统计学意义。肥胖组TG水平干预后较干预前下降(P<0.05)，对照组TG水平在干预后无变化;2组TCH水平干预后较干预前都明显升高(P<0.01)。 结论 综合健康干预措施可以改善肥胖儿童血糖和血脂水平，且集中式统一管理更有利于提高干预效果。
