复方双黄溶液对Ⅲ度烧伤大鼠免疫调节及肠粘膜局部免疫屏障功能的影响

【摘要】 目的 观察复方双黄溶液对重度烧伤后大鼠免疫调节功能及肠粘膜局部免疫屏障功能的影响。方法 将32只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组：不烫伤、自由进食水；烧伤组：烧伤前1 h胃饲1 ml生理盐水，烧伤后6 h第2次胃饲，4次/d；烧伤胃饲大黄组、烧伤胃饲双黄组在同等时间胃饲等量大黄溶液、复方双黄溶液。测定胸腺指数、脾脏指数，肠粘液中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SlgA)含量。结果 复方双黄溶液组大鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数、肠粘膜分泌SlgA的量明显高于烧伤对照组及烧伤胃饲大黄组，差异显著P<0.05。结论 复方双黄溶液可调节严重烧伤大鼠机体免疫及保护肠粘膜局部免疫屏障功能。【关键词】 烧伤；免疫；大黄；复方双黄溶液

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the affection of Compound Shuanghuang liquor on the immuno-regulation and the local immunobarrier of intestinal mucosa of the rats with severe degree burn.Methods 32 healthy male SD rats were divided into three groups randomly. The normal control group were freely ate food and water without scalded.Scalded control group were orally administered 1 ml 0.9% saline before the scalded for an hour,the same were orally administered 1 ml 0.9% saline after the scalded for 6 hours,4 d.for the rats in scalded with rhubarb liquor treatment and scalded with Compound Shuaghuang liquor treatment group equal amount of rhubarb liquor and Compound Shuanghuang liquor were orally administered respectively at the same time. The thymus index, the spleen index and the content of SlgA in intestinal mucus were determined.Results The Compound ShuangHuang liquor could increase the thymus index and the spleen index of the rats with severe degree burn. It could protect the function of excreting the SlgA in intestinal mucose, also.Conclusion The Compound Shuanghuang liquor could regulate the immunity and protect the local immunobarrier of intestinal mucosa of the rats with severe degree burn. ......
