     摘要：目的利用紫外谱线组法对蛤蟆油进行检测，绘制出蛤蟆油的紫外谱线组图谱。方法对蛤蟆油进行石油醚、三氯甲烷、醋酸乙酯、正丁醇、95%乙醇超声波提取后，再进行相应的紫外及其一阶导数光谱检测。结果蛤蟆油的紫外谱线组图谱重现性较好。结论通过紫外谱线组法，可以绘制出蛤蟆油的紫外谱线组图谱，达到蛤蟆油真伪鉴别的目的。

    Identification Recearch Rana temportva Chensinensis David's Quality with UASLG

    Abstract:ObjectiveUASLG was used for Rana temporatia chensisnensis David's identification. UASLG's action spectrums for Rana temporatia chensinensis David was described in this paper for the first. Methods Rana temporatia chensinensis David were distilled with method of ultrasonic in petroleum ether、chlorofomn、ethyl acetate、n-butanol and ethanol (95%), then their absorbance in UV and one differential coefficient spectrum were determined. Results Rana temporatia chensinensis David's UASLG has good reappearance. Conclusion Rana temporatia chensinensis David can identified by UASLG. ......
