单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液治疗早产儿脑室周围白质软化有效性研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液(GM1)在早产儿脑室周围白质软化的治疗效果。方法 将确诊为脑室周围白质软化的56例早产儿分为GMl治疗组30例及对照组26例。在常规治疗的基础上，治疗组另给予GM1治疗，动态观察头颅B超的变化情况并进行随访。结果 经头颅B超的动态观察，治疗组30例均较对照组好转，差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论 GM1可减轻脑室周围白质软化及持续性病变的发生，改善预后。【关键词】 早产儿；脑室周围白质软化；头颅B超；神经节苷脂钠

【Abstract】 Objective To study on the clinical effect of GM1 in treating the periventricular leukomalacia.Methods Confirmed Patients of periventricular leukomalacia were divide into GM1 treating group and control group.The treating group consisted of 30 cases; control group of 26 cases.On the basis of being positive treated complicating disease,the treating group also accepted the treatment of GM1.Dynamically observe the changes of cranial sonography and follow up.Results After one course of treatment observe the recovery of cranial sonography.Improvement of cranial sonography in treating group was better than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion GM1 can decrease the occurrence of periventricular leukomalalia and continued white matter damage. ......
