【摘要】 目的 观察单纯直肠粘膜下层网格状穿梭注射消痔灵治疗直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法 采用单纯直肠粘膜下层网格状穿梭注射消痔灵液治疗直肠脱垂36例，观察临床治疗效果。结果 30例轻中度患者均经1次注射治愈，治愈率为100%；6例重度直肠脱垂患者4例治愈，治愈率为66.67%；2者治愈率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 直肠粘膜下层网格状穿梭注射消痔灵治疗直肠脱垂是一种安全、简便、可重复应用的方法，临床疗效满意，且治疗轻中度直肠脱垂效果显著优于重度脱垂。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of injecting Xiaozhiling into underlayer of rectum mucosa to treat proctoptosis.Methods All the cases were divided into two groups according to the symptom,30 cases in group A that the degrees of proctoptosis were light or midrange,and 6 cases in group B that the symptom were severe. We draw grid on rectum mucosa and inject Xiaozhiling into underlayer of rectum mucosa back and forth. We treated 36 cases with proctoptosis by this way and observed the curative effect.Results All the cases in group A were cured only received once injection,but only 4 cases in group B were cured.There were significant differences on healing rate between two groups (P=0.023).Conclusion To inject Xiaozhiling into underlayer of rectum mucosa to treat proctoptosis was a kind of safely, convenient and repeatable treatment. The clinical curative effect was satisfaction, and the curative effect on cases which the degrees of proctoptosis were light or midrange was significantly better. ......
