[摘要] 目的：进一步完善兔VX2 肝癌模型的制作使之更适合影像实验研究，同时对其进行综合评价。方法:选新西兰大白兔90只作为实验动物，兔VX2瘤株动物自身传代保存瘤肿，采用瘤块注射种植法接种于兔肝左叶。将接种动物随机分为A组(30只)、B组(30只)和C组(30只)，分别于接种后7天、14天、21天行CT、DSA及病理学观察。结果:种植成功率分别为A组7%(2/30)、B组94%(28/30)、C组87%(26/30)。CT扫描较小肿瘤大部分表现稍低密度，强化明显；较大肿瘤密度不均匀，强化不明显。DSA检查成功率91%(51/56)，均可见肿瘤染色。 结论:兔VX2 肝癌模型是较理想的影像实验研究肝癌模型，瘤块注射种植法操作简单，较经济，接种后14天的肿瘤较典型。[关键词] VX2；肝癌；动物模型；综合评价
Perfection In Making Rabbit Model Bearing VX2 Liver Tumor for Experimental Study of Imaging and Multiple Evaluation

Abstract： Objective To perfect the facture of rabbit model bearing VX2 liver tumor for experimental study in imaging, and evaluate the tumor show by performance of CT、DSA and pathology. Methods 90 New Zealand white rabbits. the rabbits were injected with VX2 tumor pice in the left lobe of the liver. The 90 rabbits were divided into A group(n=30)、B group(n=30) and C group(n=30) randomly.CT、DSA and pathology were performed in rabbits after implantation 7days(A gyoup)、14days(B group) and 21days(C group). Results The successful rate of implantation was 7%(2/30) in A group、94%(28/30)in B group and 87%(26/30) in C group. The smaller tumors demonstrated themselves as low density on plain CT, conspicuous enhanced on arterial phase image, well discernible from the surrounding liver tissue. The bigger one revealed as heterogeneous hypodense mass with illdefined boundary in plain CT, unconspicuous enhanced on arterial phase image. The successful rate of DSA was 91%(51/56),and the tumors were coloured on DSA. Conclusion The rabbit model with VX2 liver tumor is suitable for experimental study of imaging. The inject implantation method is simple and economical. The tumor was typical in rabbits after implantation 14days. ......
