     [摘要] 目的：通过检测抑癌基因PTEN和环氧化酶2(COX2)在大肠癌中的表达，探讨其在大肠癌中的意义。方法：应用SP法免疫组化方法检测10例正常大肠黏膜、80例大肠癌组织中PTEN和COX2的表达。结果：正常大肠黏膜中PTEN为强阳性表达，在大肠癌中有41.2%为阴性或弱阳性表达，明显低于正常组(P<0.01)；COX2在正常大肠黏膜中80%为阴性表达，而在大肠癌中阳性率为72.5%，显著高于正常组的表达(P<0.01)；在大肠癌中PTEN和COX2存在负相关(P<0.05)。结论：抑癌基因PTEN和COX2在大肠癌的发生发展过程中起着重要的作用。
