党参与首乌等混合注射液上调抗氧化酶表达作用的实验研究

     摘要:目的探讨党参、首乌、天麻、麦冬、白术、续断混合注射液对快速老化大鼠学习记忆及血、肝、肾、海马、脑皮质抗氧化酶SOD,GSHPX和过氧化物MDA的影响。方法采用氟哌啶醇造成大鼠获得性记忆缺失动物模型,通过电跳台回避法和腹腔注射党参、首乌等混合注射液,观察对照组、模型组、实验组大鼠行为学改变,测定各组大鼠血和组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)和脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果与对照组、模型组比较,党参、首乌等混合注射液可维持学习记忆功能,并使多种组织SOD和GSHPX显著升高、MDA显著降低,差别有非常显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论 党参、首乌等混合注射液有改善学习记忆和上调抗氧化酶SOD、GSHPX、下调过氧化物MDA表达作用,说明党参、首乌等传统中药延缓衰老与促进抗氧化机制、减轻氧自由基损伤有关。

    Experimental Research of Upregulating Antioxidase Expression with the Mixed Injection of Radix Codcnopsitis Pilosulas and Radix Polygonum multiflorum

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of injection of Radix codcnopsitis pilosulas, Radix Polygonum multiflorum, Gastrodia clata Blume, dwarf lilyturf tuber, Atractylis macrocephala koidz and Dipsacus asperciaes on the learning and remembering and on the expression of superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and maleic dialdehyde (MDA) in blood, liver, kidney, hippocampus, cortex of rapid aging rat. MethodsRat model of acquired remembering deficiency induced by haloperidol was employed. Electricitystimulated jumping stand was used for observation rat behavior change and meanwhile concentrations of SOD , GSH-PX and MDA in different organs or tissues of the animal were detected. ResultsIn contrast with control groups, the learning and remembering maintained and concentrations of SOD and GSH-PX strikingly increased ,whereas MDA highly decreased in the drug-treated groups. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.001). ConclusionThe mixed injection of Radix codcnopsitis pilosulas, Radix Polygonum multiflorum etc. can improve effect of learning and remembering and can upregulate the antioxidase expression, which suggests that the efficacy of Radix codcnopsitis pilosulas and Radix Polygonum multiflorum, etc. in improvement of diseases probably be associated with enhancing of antioxidase expression against damages of oxygen free radicals. ......
