悦肝胶囊对体外培养肝细胞抗衰老作用的研究

     摘要：目的探讨悦肝胶囊的抗衰老作用。方法以D半乳糖诱导大鼠肝细胞衰老模型，观察悦肝胶囊对肝细胞的形态结构、组织化学以及对SOD、MDA活性的影响。结果悦肝胶囊可明显降低MDA含量，提高SOD活性；组织化学及超微结构观察表明，模型组SDH活性下降，ACP活性增高，线粒体明显肿胀、变性、嵴断裂。悦肝胶囊可减轻上述肝损伤程度。结论悦肝胶囊对D半乳糖损伤原代培养大鼠肝细胞具有保护作用。

    The Antiaging Effects of Yuegan Capsule on Mice Cultured Hepatocytes in vitro

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the antiaging effects of Yuegan capsule. Methods Hepatocytes injury models were induced by Dgalactose in rats in vitro, and treated with Yuegan capsule. Structure, cytochemistry of rat hepatocytes and effect of SOD, MDA activities were observed. Results Yuegan Capsule decreased the content of MDA and increased SOD activity. According to the observation of histochemistry and ultrastructure, it showed that SDH activity decreased, ACP activity increased, the mitochondrion swelled and became deformed, crest broke. Yuegan capsule alleviated denatured degree above. Conclusion The Yuegan Capsule has protective effects on Dgalactoseinduced injury of primary cultured rat hepatocytes. ......
