大孔吸附树脂分离纯化鬼针草总黄酮的研究

     摘要:目的研究大孔吸附树脂富集纯化鬼针草总黄酮的最佳工艺条件及参数。方法采用不同浓度的乙醇梯度洗脱,以紫外分光光度法测定鬼针草总黄酮收率和纯度为指标。结果实验条件下,采用D301型大孔树脂进行吸附,20%乙醇100 ml洗脱,经大孔树脂处理后浸膏的总黄酮含量可达60%以上。结论 该法可为鬼针草新制剂的研制与生产提供原料药。

    Study on the Isolation and Purification of Total Flavonoids from Bidens bipinnataL. with Macroporous Resin

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the optimal purification condition of total flavonoids from Bidens bipinnata L. with macroporous resion.MethodsGradient elution was used to elute the components absorpted on macroporous resin guided by the isolation-purification degree and the recovery rate.ResultsThe content of total flavonoids in obtained ointment could reach 60% under the condition that D301 type macroporous resin was used as absorption agent and 100 ml 20% ethanol as elution agent.ConclusionThe method appeared to be feasible to isolate and purify total flavonoids from Bidens bipinnata L.. ......
