     【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术(laparoscopic appendectomy,LA)在体胖患者手术中的应用价值。方法：分析我院20例体胖患者LA术中操作特点。结果：手术过程顺利，平均手术时间30min，术后平均下床活动时间6h，平均住院时间3d。无一例伤口感染。结论：LA对体胖患者有明显优势，创伤小，易于手术操作，效果突出。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To study the value of laparoscopic appendectomy in obesity patients.Methods:To analyze operative characteristic of laparoscopic appendectomy for 20 obesity patients.Results：All the operations were succeeful.The operative time ranged from 20min to 45min ( averaged 30min ).About 6 hours after operation the patients could get out of bed.The average hospitalization was 3d.No incision infection occured.Conclusions：The laparoscopic appendectomy were suitable for obesity patients,which was safe and simple. ......
