变频超声分型诊断阑尾炎的价值 (pdf)[摘要] 目的 探讨变频超声分型诊断阑尾炎的价值。 方法 应用超声的变频凸阵探头(2.6~6.5 MHz)检查结合临床资料分型诊断阑尾炎218例，并将检查结果与手术及病理对照。结果 保守治疗62例达到临床治愈；156例经手术及病理证实，超声诊断符合率95.5%(149/156)。超声分型诊断符合率：单纯型急性阑尾炎88.6%(31/35)，化脓型急性阑尾炎94.8%(55/58)，坏疽型急性阑尾炎86.5%(45/52)，慢性阑尾炎发作型90.9%(10/11)。 结论 变频超声可动态观察阑尾炎的声像图变化，分型诊断阑尾炎能及时为临床正确选择治疗方案提供参考依据。

[Abstract] Objective This study was conducted to exptore the role of variationfrequency ultrasonographic examinations in the classification diagnosis of appendicitis.Methods Ultrasonographic examinations with convex probe (2.6~6.5 MHz)were performed in two hundred and eighteen patients with appendicitic via clinical classificatin diagnosis.The examination results were compared with surgery and pathology. Results Sixtytwo cases were conservative treatment of medicine;one hundred and fiftysix cases were confirmed by surgey and pathology.The accuracy rate of ultrasonographic diagnosis was 95.5%(149/156).The accuracy rate of ultrasonographic classification:simple appendicitis was 88.6%(31/35);acute purulent appendicitis was 94.8%(55/58);acut gangrenous appendicitis was 86.5%(45/52);acute outbreak of chronic appendicitis was 90.9%(10/11). Conclusion Variationfrequency ultrasound can demonstrate the changes of appendicitis dynamic and provide the precious evidence for clinical remedies. ......
