摘要:目的建立肺气肿胶囊中槲皮素和山柰素含量测定方法 。方法采用高效液相色谱法,使用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(60∶40),检测波长为370 nm,流速为0.6 ml/min。结果槲皮素和山柰素分别在0.008~0.06 μg和0.006 88~0.0516 μg范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为97.34%和97.72%,RSD分别为2.4%和1.3%(n=5)结论该方法灵敏准确,重现性好,专属性强,可作为肺气肿胶囊的质量控制。关键词:肺气肿胶囊; 高效液相色谱法; 槲皮素; 山柰素
Determination of Quercetin and Kaempferol in Feiqizhong Capsules

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a method to determine the content of quercetin and kaempferol in Feiqizhong Capsules.MethodsHPLC was used to determine the content of quercetin and kaempferol with detection wavelength at 370nm. The mobile phase consists of a mixture of methanol-0.4%H3PO4(60∶40). The flow rate was 0.6ml/min. ResultsThe linear regression for quercetin and kaempferol was obtained at the range of 0.008~0.006μg and 0.006 88~0.051 6 μg. The average recovery of quercetin and kaempferol were 97.34% and 97.72%, RSD were 1.3% and 1.7% respectively(n=5). ConclusionThe method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible and exclusive. It can be used for quality control of Feiqizhong Capsules. ......
