摘要：目的研究香丹注射液与葡萄糖注射液配伍后，混合液放置时间与不溶性微粒的变化关系,指导临床更加科学使用香丹注射液。方法香丹注射液10 ml与5%250 ml葡萄糖配伍后,放置0，1，2，3，4 h后分别观察混合液的性状，测定不溶性微粒数量。结果香丹注射液与5%葡萄糖配伍后，混合液在4h内，性状无明显变化，不溶性微粒存在着变化。结论研究香丹注射液与葡萄糖注射液配伍后，应在较短的时间内使用。

    Study on the Relationship between Storing Time and Change of Particulate Matter in the Diluted Xiangdan Injection

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the relationship between the deposit time of the mixed solution and the change of particulate matter after mixing the Xiangdan Injection with the Glucose Injection. MethodsThe appearance description of the solution was observed, the particulate matter was determined at different time points of 0,1,2,3,4h after the Xiangdan Injection mixed with 5% Glucose injection. ResultsThe appearance description of the solution didn't change remarkably and there was change in the particulate matter within 4 hours.
