益肝调脂饮治疗高脂血症37例分析

[摘要] 目的 观察中药益肝调脂饮治疗高脂血症的疗效及安全性。方法 将68例高脂血症患者随机分成中药组(n=37)、对照组(n=31)两组，分别观察两组患者中医临床症状、血脂指标及肝功能等。结果 中药组与对照组在中医临床症状、血脂指标中的TG、HDL-C及保肝降酶等方面差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 中药益肝调脂饮能有效改善高脂血症患者的中医临床症状及有较好的调脂降酶作用，并且安全可靠。[关键词] 高脂血症；中医中药；益肝调脂饮
Clinical observation of Yigan Tiaozhi Decoction in treating 37 cases of hyperlipidemia

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yigan Tiaozhi Decoction in treating hyperlipidemia and its safety.Methods Sixtyeight subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 37 cases were treated with Yigan Tiaozhi Decoction and control group in which 31 cases were treated with Xuezhikang Capsule;the clinical symptoms,blood lipid and liver function were observed before and after treatment.Results There were significant differences(P<0.05) between these two groups in improving clinical symptoms,TG and HDLC,and protecting liver and reducing enzymes.Conclusion This Decoction is quite effective to improve hyperlipidemia patients clinical symptoms and reducing lipid and enzymes;it is also safe. ......
