复方丹参注射液对受损伤的血管内皮细胞形态结构的影响

     摘要:目的探讨复方丹参注射液对氧化所致损伤的血管内皮细胞的保护作用。方法采用脐静脉血管内皮细胞(human umbilical vein cells),用倒置相差显微镜和扫描电镜观察各组内皮细胞(endothelial cell, EC)的形态学特点。分光光度计测定细胞上清液中丙二醛的含量。结果扫描电镜观察显示过氧化氢组EC皱缩变小,细胞表面干裂,表面微绒毛减少甚至消失,细胞间隙增宽,而经丹参预处理过的过氧化氢组细胞形态结构则明显改善。MDA含量测定表明过氧化氢组的MDA含量明显增高。相反,正常组和丹参组中MDA含量减少(P<0.01)。结论 复方丹参注射液通过其抗氧化作用,对氧化所引起的受损血管EC有保护作用。

    Effects of the Compound Injection of Danshen on the Morphological Structure of Injured Vascular Endothelial Cells

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the protective effects of the compound injection of Dan-shen on cultured endothelial cells (EC) injured by oxidization. MethodsThe morphological characteristics of EC in primary cutured human umbilical vein cells (HUVEC) in vitro were ovserved by the inverted microscope and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The content of MDA in the supernatant fluid of cultured EC cells was detected by spectrophotometry.ResultsIt was observed by SEM that ECs in the H2O2 group were wrinkle and small, cell membrane had split and aperture, the microvillus decreased or disappeared, stiff or broken, and the cell gaps were wide. However, ECs in the Danshen group was similar with the normal group. MDA content obviously increased in the H2O2 group. However, the content of normal and Danshen group decreased. (P<0.01) .ConclusionThe compound injection of Danshen has protective effects on the injured vascular endothelial cells induced by oxidization through antioxidization function, ......
