摘要:目的研究了四棱豆总黄酮的提取工艺和含量。方法采用正交实验分析和分光光度法。结果四棱豆总黄酮的最佳提取工艺是水浴温度为85℃,提取时间为6 h,提取剂乙醇浓度为80%,并且该提取方法稳定性好,精密度和回收率高;以芦丁为对照品,测得四棱豆根、茎、叶、花、果实、种子和整株的总黄酮含量分别为0.73%,0.93%,2.30%,3.96%,2.88%,3.12%和2.44%。结论该研究为四棱豆的综合开发利用提供了科学依据,具有重要的理论和实践指导意义。关键词:四棱豆; 总黄酮; 提取工艺; 含量
Study on the Flavonoid Content in Winged Bean

Abstract:Objective To study the extraction technology and the content of the flavonoid in winged bean. MethodsThe flavonoid content in winged bean was studied by ultravioletvisible spectrophotometry and the orthogonal experiments. ResultsThe analytical result showed that the optimum extracting conditions were: extracting temperature 85℃,extracting time 6h,extraction reagent 80% alcohol.And the stability of the method was very good,meanwhile the precision and the rate of recovery were high. With rutin as standard material,we drew a conclusion that the total contents of flavonoids in the tuberous roots ,stems,leaves,flowers , tender pods,seeds and the whole plant of winged bean were 0.73%,0.93%,2.30%,3.96%,2.88%,3.12% and 2.44% ,respectively.ConclusionThe study provides a scientific basis for the development of winged bean,and has important guiding significance in both theory and practice. ......
