大孔吸附树脂分离纯化黄芩中黄芩苷的工艺研究

     摘要:目的利用AB8大孔吸附树脂纯化黄芩中黄芩苷,确定树脂纯化黄芩苷的工艺参数。方法以黄芩苷吸附量为指标,并通过正交实验考察确定了该树脂分离纯化黄芩苷的工艺条件。结果AB8 型树脂对黄芩苷有良好吸附分离性能,其吸附分离黄芩苷的工艺条件为:上样浓度为50 mg/ml(生药量),上样液PH值为4,吸附流速为4BV/h ,上样体积为6BV,洗脱剂为5倍量树脂柱体积50%乙醇且洗脱剂的pH值为8。结论AB8 型大孔吸附树脂在所确定的工艺条件下,纯化黄芩苷效果良好,黄芩苷纯度可达90%左右。

    Research on the Purification of Baicalin of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.by AB8 Macroporous Resin

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo set up the method for purification of baicalin from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.by AB8 macroporous resin . MethodsThe process technology for purification of baicalin with AB8 macroporous resin was selected by dynamic absorption ratio through orthogonal tests.ResultsThe AB 8 macroporous resin owned optimum absorption and elution ability.The optimum absorption conditions were the sample concentration of 50 mg ·ml1 , the PH of sample at 4, the current velocity of 4BV ·h1 , of eluant of 50 % ethanol(5BV)and the pH of eluting reagent at 8 .ConclusionThe AB 8 macroporous resin can be used to purify baicalin successfully , the purity of baicalin is about 90 %. ......
