纤维胆道镜103例的应用体会

     【摘要】目的：探讨纤维胆道镜的临床应用和具体方法。方法：对2004～2005 年应用纤维胆道镜103例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：术中肝外胆管结石55例，一次性取净率100%；46 例肝内外胆管结石，取净率57%。术后胆管残留结石20 例，经“T”管窦道取石，一次性取净率50%；多次取石10例；1例胆管下段肿瘤活检获得诊断。结论：纤维胆道镜具有安全、准确、手术成功率高等优点，纤维胆道镜的应用是诊治胆管残石和降低胆管残石发生率的重要手段之一。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical application of fibercholedochoscopy in the treatment of bile duct diseases.Methods:103 cases with bile duct diseases who underwent fibercholedochoscopy in recent two years were analyzed retrospectively.Results:55 patients with calculus of extrahepatic bile duct used fibercholedochoscopy in operation successfully.46 patients suffering from calculus of extrahepatic and intrahepatic bile duct were applied with fibercholedochoscopy,the removal rate of operation was 57%.After the operation,20 cases were found residual bile duct stones.Residual stones in 10 cases (50%) were removed by fibercholedoscopy only once through Ttube.1 case with bile duct carcinoma was diagnosed by fibercholedochoscopy.Conclusions:Fibercholedochoscopy is an effective,simple and rapid method in treatment of bile duct stones with high achievement ratio and less incidence rate of residual stone. ......
