腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术50例报告

     【摘要】目的：总结腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术(laparoscopicassisted vaginal hysterectomy,LAVH)的经验。方法：对有子宫切除手术指征的50例患者采用LAVH术。结果：LAVH平均手术时间90min，术中平均出血80ml，术后平均肛门排气时间30h，术中膀胱损伤1例。结论：LAVH术患者损伤小，腹部不留疤痕，术后恢复快，不增加出血量，是腹腔镜下子宫切除比较安全的手术方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the experience of laparoscopicassisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH).Methods:50 patients who had hysterectomy signs underwent laparoscopicassisted vaginal hysterectomy.Results:The average operative time was 90min.The mean intraoperative blood loss was 80ml.The average postoperative passage of gas by anus was 30h.Intraoperative bladder damage occurred in 1 case.Conclusions:Laparoscopicassisted vaginal hysterectomy is proved to be save and effective,and has the advantages of quick recovery,no abnominal scar and less complications.
