超临界CO2萃取莪术有效成分的工艺条件研究

     摘要:目的寻找利用超临界CO2萃取技术从莪术提取挥发油的最佳工艺条件。方法以萃取率为指标,采用正交实验考察SFE-1L超临界CO2萃取实验装置中萃取压力、萃取温度、CO2流量等工艺参数对萃取率的影响。结果萃取压力、萃取温度分别是超临界CO2萃取莪术中挥发油的重要和次要因素,CO2流量的影响最小。结论最佳提取工艺条件为萃取压力为20 MPa,萃取温度为55℃,萃取率达2.88%。

    Study on the Extraction Condition of Essential Oil from Curcuma phaeocaulis by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide

    Abstract:ObjectiveUnder the laboratory scale, the optimized process operation conditions for extraction essential oil from Curcuma phaeocaulis by supercritical carbon dioxide is revealed. Methods The extraction rate was regarded as objective, and based on this objective, the influence of extraction pressure, extraction temperature and flow rate of CO2 on the extraction rate of SFE-1L experimental apparatus were investigated by orthogonal test. Results The extraction pressure and extraction temperature were the primary and the subordination factor respectively, and the influence of CO2 flow rate was least. ConclusionThe optimized process operation conditions are that extraction pressure of 20 MPa, extraction temperature of 55℃, and under this operation conditions, the extraction rate is 2.88%. ......
