【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜在妇科急症中的应用价值。方法：2002年以来，应用腹腔镜行妇科急症手术85例，包括异位妊娠62例，其中行患侧输卵管切除术36例，输卵管切开取胚术及病灶清除术24例，输卵管病灶注药术2例；卵巢破裂10例，9例行电凝止血术，1例行患侧附件切除术；卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转6例，2例不全扭转行囊肿剥出术，4例完全扭转附件坏死行一侧附件切除术；急性盆腔炎7例，行脓肿清除、输卵管切除及盆腔粘连松解术。结果：85例急诊腹腔镜手术全部顺利完成，无1例并发症。结论：腹腔镜治疗妇科急症安全有效，较开腹手术有很多优越性。

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaculate the application value of laparoscope for gynaecologic emergencies.Methods:85 cases of gynaecologic emergencies have been conducted by laparoscope since 2002.In all 85 cases,62 cases were ectopic pregnancy,in which 36 cases were conducted with unilateral salpingtomy,24 cases with salpingectomy,2 cases with salpingian lesion injection drug.10 cases were rupture of ovary,in which 9 cases were treated with electrocoagulation,1 case with unilateral adnexectomy.6 cases were pedicate torsion of ovarian tumors,in which 2 cases of imcomplete pedicate torsion were treated with ovariotomy,4 cases of complete pedicate torsion with unilateral adnexectomy.7 cases were acute pelvic inflammatory disease and were treated with abscission,salpingtomy and lysis of pelvic adhesions.Results:Acute operations for 85 cases by laparoscope were all conducted successfully,without any complications.Conclusions:It’s a safe and effective methed to cure gynaecologic emergencies by laparoscope,and a better choice than laparotomy. ......
