映山红总黄酮的镇咳平喘作用与毒性研究

     摘要：目的研究映山红总黄酮的镇咳平喘作用和毒性反应。方法采用急性毒性试验确定药效剂量，以慢性气管炎的主要症状—咳、喘为药效学指标，采用小鼠氨水引咳法、整体动物药物引喘法研究映山红总黄酮的镇咳平喘作用。结果映山红总黄酮(0.064 g/kg)对致咳小鼠具有显著的镇咳作用，映山红总黄酮(0.038 g/kg)对致喘豚鼠具有显著的平喘作用，同时，映山红粗提物及总黄酮对实验动物具有不同程度的毒性反应。结论映山红总黄酮在发挥药效的同时，不可忽视其毒性反应。
