摘要：对国内外近5年来薄荷醇在促进药物透过皮肤、鼻腔粘膜、胃肠和口腔粘膜以及其促渗透机理的研究作了综述，认为薄荷醇是一种很有价值的中药渗透促进剂，具有良好的应用前景，为进一步研究薄荷醇的促渗作用提供了依据。关键词：薄荷醇； 促渗透作用； 作用机理
Advanced Research on Penetration Enhancing Effect of Menthol

Abstract：In this paper, the effect of menthol on promoting drugs to penetrate skin, mucous membrane of nasal cavity, stomach intestine, and mouth and the mechanism of it's penetration enhancement are reviewed according to reports over the last 5 years in and out of China. This paper points out menthol which belongs to extractive of traditional Chinese medicine is a valuable penetration enhancer, has a fine perspective of application and provides a foundation for further investigation of penetration enhancing effect of menthol.
