     摘要：目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定清咽片中靛蓝的含量。方法采用AichromBondAQ C18色谱柱；甲醇水乙酸(64∶36∶0.5)为流动相，流速0.8 ml·min-1，紫外检测波长为285 nm。结果靛蓝可与其他主要成分分离，靛蓝与峰面积呈良好线性关系，线性范围在0.029 4~0.588 μg，回归方程为Y=26 644.73 X-1 288.56，r=0.999 9，样品平均回收率为99.51%，RSD=0.72%(n=6).结论该方法准确、快速、灵敏、重现性好。

    AbstractObjectiveTo establish a method using RP-HPLC for determination of the content of Indigo in Qingyan tablet.MethodsThe content of Indigo Naturalis was determined by reverse phase HPLC at 285nm on a AichromBond-AQ C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with methanol-water-acid(64∶36∶0.5) as mobile phase and flow rate of 0.8ml·min-1.ResultsThe linear range of calibration curve was 0.029 4~0.588μg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 99.51% with RSD of 0.72%(n=6).ConclusionThe method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality study of Qingyan Tablet. ......
