强骨宝对去卵巢模型骨质疏松症大鼠子宫的影响

     摘要：目的观察复方制剂强骨宝(JGB)在防治去卵巢骨质疏松症的过程中对大鼠子宫及其内膜厚度的影响。方法取32只3月龄 Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为4组，按要求行去势手术，然后分别灌胃给药生理盐水、己烯雌酚、强骨宝，8周后处死，取大鼠子宫称量湿重并做病理切片，图像数字化分析子宫内膜厚度。结果与己烯雌酚治疗组相比，强骨宝治疗组大鼠子宫湿重/体重(UW)比及内膜厚度(EET)都有明显变化，差异具有显著性。结论强骨宝可以维持去卵巢大鼠子宫内膜的正常生长，避免雌激素替代疗法给子宫带来的危害。

    The Effect of JGB on the Uterus in Ovariectomized rats

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of JGB on the uterus weight and endometrium epithelial thickness in the OVX osteoprosis rats.Methods32 Wistar female rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:the normal, model, JGB treated and diethylstibestrol treated.The normal group was only shamly operated and other three groups were ovariectomized and all were fed with medicine for two months and then killed.The rats uteruses were taken out to weight and to be processed into 5micron,hematoxylin and esosin stained sections,then used to determine the endometrium epithelial thickness.ResultsCompared with the diethylstibestrol treated group, the JGB treated group decreased EET and UW significantiy.ConclusionJGB can sustain the normal function in the rats uterus and avoid the sidereaction in the therapy of diethylstibestrol. ......
