芒果止咳片薄膜包衣工艺研究

     摘要:目的通过优化选择薄膜包衣的生产工艺条件,提高芒果止咳包衣片的稳定性。方法通过正交实验摸索薄膜包衣工艺的最佳条件,并通过溶出度、耐温耐湿实验,比较糖衣及薄膜衣对芒果止咳片理化性质的影响。结果薄膜包衣可提高芒果止咳片的储存期稳定性。结论 芒果止咳片采用薄膜包衣比糖衣有优势。

    Research on Thin Film Coating Craft to Mango Anticough Tablet

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo optimize the thin film coating production craft. MethodsBy orthogonal experiment, we tried to find out the optimum condition to thin film coating production craft and compared the different effects on Mango Anticough Tablet's physics and chemistry nature applying sugarcoating and thin film coating separately by dissolution, heat and humidity test. ResultsThin film coating can promote the storage stability of Mango Anticough Tablet. ConclusionApplying thin film coating has more advantages to Mango Anticough Tablet.
