[摘要] 目的 探索550例动态心电图的临床意义。方法 使用美国GP公司 BMS Holter 连续记录24 h心电图进行分析。 结果 496例有心律失常、心肌缺血，阳性率达90.18%。器质性疾病386例，占70.18%。结论 Holter检出率较高，是临床诊断的重要依据，是及早提供介入治疗、减少心血管重大事件的必要检查手段。[关键词] 动态心电图；心律失常；心肌缺血；介入治疗
Clinical analysis on 550 cases of Holter electrocardiogram

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical significance on 550 cases of Holter electrocardiogram. Methods Holter electrocardiogram produced by GP company,U.S.A.was used to continuously record with 24 hours to analyze. Results Cardiac arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia was in 496 cases of 550 cases,positive rate was 90.18%.Organic heart disease was in 386 cases with 70.18%. Conclusion Holter electrocordiagram with its high diagnosis rate provide significant evidence for clinical work and also is one of the indispensable examination tool of coronary intervention to reduce acute coronary syndrome. ......
