麝香保心丸对老年退行性心脏瓣膜病左心功能不全的治疗作用

[摘要] 目的 探讨麝香保心丸对老年退行性心脏瓣膜病左心功能不全的治疗作用。方法 63例退行性心瓣膜病伴左心功能不全患者随机分为两组，HMP组33例在洋地黄、利尿剂和血管扩张剂常规治疗的基础上加用HMP；常规治疗组30例仅给洋地黄、利尿剂和血管扩张剂治疗，两组均连续用药2周。治疗前后进行多普勒超声心动图检查，评定心功能的变化。结果 HMP组总有效率为97%；常规治疗组为76.9%，两组比较，HMP组的疗效明显优于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。HMP治疗后患者心排量、心脏指数和射血分数均明显增加，与治疗前比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。与常规治疗组比较差异亦有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗期间，未见HMP不良反应。 结论 HMP是辅助治疗退行性心瓣膜左心功能不全的一种有效而安全的药物。[关键词] 老年退行性心脏瓣膜病；麝香保心丸；左心功能不全
Therapeutic efficacy of heartprotecting musk pill in treating senile degenerative heart valvular disease with left ventricular dysfunction

[Abstract] Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of heartprotecting musk pill (HMP) on senile degenerative heart valvular disease (SDHVD) with left ventricular dysfunction (LVD).Methods Sixtythree patients with SDHVD complicated with LVD were divided randomly into HMP group (33 cases) and normal treatment group (30 cases).The HMP group was treated with HMP on the basis of digitalis,diuretic and vasodilator therapy,the normal treatment group was treated with digitalis,diuretic and vasodilator only.Both groups of patients were treated for 2 consecutive weeks.The cardiac function was assessed by Doppler echocardiograpy before and after treatment.Results Total effective rates in HMP group and normal treatment group were 97% and 76.9% respectively.The total effective rates in HMP was higher than that in normal treatment group (P<0.05).At the same time,cardiac output (CO),cardiac index (CI) and ejection fraction (EF) could be significantly increased (all P<0.01) after the treatment of HMP.In HMP group were superior to those in normal treatment group (all P<0.05).No side effect was found in treating HMP. Conclusion HMP is an effective and safe drug for supportive treatment of SDHVD with LVD. ......
