摘要：目的探讨蒲黄水煎剂对未孕大鼠离体子宫平滑肌运动的影响。方法利用 Biolap410生物信号显示与处理软件记录平滑肌条的等长收缩活动。结果蒲黄水煎剂能使子宫平滑肌收缩波的持续时间延长，其作用可被L型Ca2+通道阻断剂异搏定阻断。结论蒲黄能增加子宫平滑肌条收缩活动，其作用可被L型Ca2+通道阻断剂异搏定阻断。关键词：蒲黄水煎剂； 离体子宫平滑肌
The Action of Cattail Pollen on Contractile Activity of Isolated Uterine Smooth Muscle Strips from Rats

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of cattail pollen decoction on contractile activity of isolated uterine smooth muscle strips in nonfertile rats.MethodsBL410 was used to record the isometric contraction of uterine smooth muscle strips.ResultsCattail pollen decoction dependently extended the time of contraction waves which could be blocked by verapamil.ConclusionCattail pollen decoction can increase the contraction of isolated uterine smooth muscle strips in nonfertile rats.The action of cattail pollen decoction is medicated via voltage dependent Ca2+channel.
