【摘要】 目的：探讨超声在腹腔镜胃肠柿石切开取石术中的应用价值。方法：回顾分析16例胃肠柿石梗阻患者，经超声检查诊断并定位，在保守治疗无效后，采取腹腔镜胃肠切开取石术进行治疗。结果：本组均有典型的胃肠柿石的超声图像表现，以及肠梗阻的超声图像表现，其中单枚肠柿石7例，两枚肠柿石6例，三枚肠柿石2例，胃柿石1例。行腹腔镜肠切开取石术15例，腹腔镜胃切开取石术1例。经腹腔镜胃肠切开取石术治疗后均痊愈出院，无手术并发症，无遗漏柿石再次手术。结论：超声检查迅速准确地提供胃肠柿石的大小、数量、分布的位置，以及肠梗阻发生的部位。起到定性、定量、定位的作用，为腹腔镜胃肠切开取石术提供重要的信息和依据。对保证手术效果，避免柿石遗漏以及减少手术并发症起到关键的作用。【关键词】 胃肠柿石;超声;腹腔镜手术

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application value of ultrasonic in laparoscopic gut presimmon concretion lithotomy.Methods:The data of 16 cases of gut presimmon concretion causing ileus were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were treated by laparoscopic lithotomy after ultrasonic diagnois and orientation.Results:Representative image of gut presimmon concretion and ileus was in all cases.There were 7 cases with one piece of intestinal presimmon concretion,6 cases with two pieces of intestinal presimmon concretion,2 cases with three pieces of intestinal presimmon concretion,1 case with gastric presimmon concretion.All cases were in good condition after operations.No cases were preformed the second surgery for missing presimmon concretion.Conclusions:Ultrasonic can define the size,number,position of gut presimmon concretion and the position of ileus.It has the effect of determining the nature,number and position.It can provide information and gist for laparoscopic lithotomy.It has pivotal effect to ensure effect of operation,avoid missing gut presimmon concretion and reduce operation complications. ......
