基层医院腹腔镜联合手术的体会

【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜联合手术的可行性和优越性。方法：回顾分析2001年9月至2006年3月本院开展的42例腹腔镜联合手术的临床资料。其中腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)+腹腔镜阑尾切除术(laparoscopic appendectomy,LA)12例;LC+子宫手术10例;LC+附件手术6例;LC+肝囊肿开窗引流术4例;LC+肾囊肿去顶减压术2例;子宫手术+LA 3例;附件手术+LA 5例。结果：手术均顺利完成,无手术并发症。结论：在熟练掌握腹腔镜技术的基础上,严格掌握手术适应证,腹腔镜联合手术是可行的，充分体现了微创的优越性。【关键词】 腹腔镜；联合手术

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the feasibility and benefits of laparoscopic combined surgeries.Methods:The data of 42 laparoscopic combined surgeries from September 2001 to March 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Among these combined surgeries there were 12 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) plus laparoscopic appendectomy (LA),10 LC plus operations on uterus,6 LC plus adnexal operations,4 LC plus Hepatic cyst fenestration,2 LC plus renal cyst truncation,3 LA plus operations on uterus and 5 LA plus adnexal operations.Results:The operations were successfully completed and no complications occurred.Conclusions:Laparoscopic combined surgeries are feasible if indications are selected reasonably at basis of perfect laparoscopic skill. The methods extend the domain of laparoscopic procedures and show the benefits of invasive surgeries. ......
