炎琥宁治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效 (pdf)【摘要】 目的 探讨炎琥宁治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法 选择符合诊断标准的流行性腮腺炎患儿78例，分为治疗组40例，采用炎琥宁10mg/(kg·d),每日1次,静脉滴注,并联用利巴韦林10~15mg/(kg·d),每日1次,静脉滴注;对照组38例,采用利巴韦林治疗,剂量、用法同治疗组，两组均给予相应对症治疗。结果 治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有显著性(χ2＝491，P<005)。结论 炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗腮腺炎，较单用利巴韦林效果更好。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of yanhuning in the treatment mumpsMethods 78sick children with mumps were divided into treatment group and control group，with 40cases in treatment group and 38cases in control groupThetreatment group was treated yanhuning with ribavirin while the contol group only with ribavirin；the dose of yanhuning 10mg/(kg·d) and ribavirin10~15mg/(kg·d) was used by intravenous drip,once daily,besides this the relevant heteropathy was given in both groupsResults The curative effect treatment group was better than contol groupwith the difference being satistically significant (χ2=491, P<005)Conclusion In treating the mumps the effect of yanhuning combined with ribavirin was better than only with with ribavirin ......
