     摘要：目的探讨山豆根野生变家种是否可行，为实现规模化生产奠定基础。方法用播种、扦插和组织培养三种方法进行繁殖、栽培；对所产药材进行有效成分苦参碱(Matrime)和氧化苦参碱(Oxymatrine)的分析，并与野生药材对比。结果栽培所产药材的有效成分没有改变。结论山豆根野生变家种可行。

The qualitative analysis of the effective compositions, matrine and oxymatrine in cultivated Sophora tonkinsis Gapnep. was done. The comparative analysis of the effective composition in the cultivated Sophora tonkinsis Gapnep.and the wild were also done. ResultsThe effective composition in cultivated Sophora tonkinsis Gapnep. did not change. ConclusionWild Sophora tonkinsis Gapnep.can be cultivated. ......
