复方胆通片高效液相色谱指纹谱的研究

     摘要：目的建立复方胆通片的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹谱，对不同厂家生产的复方胆通片所含的组分以绿原酸为参照进行综合评价，为复方胆通片的质量鉴定提供依据。方法采用HPLC法，将获得的色谱数据转化为指纹谱，据此对复方胆通片的质量进行分析鉴别。结果确定了12强峰和21个色谱峰为复方胆通片的特征指纹峰。结论不同厂家生产的复方胆通片中绿原酸的含量相差较大。该方法专属性强、重现性好，可为复方胆通片的质量控制提供依据。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish the HPLC fingerprint spectrum of Fufangdantong tablets for different areas.MethodsHPLC results of Fufangdantong Tablets were used to evaluate and distinguish areas Fufangdantong Tablets from different factory.ResultsThere are 21 major features of HPLC fingerprint and 12 strong peaks of the Fufangdantong tablets.ConclusionThere are different areas of their chlorogenic acid quantity contained. This method is good at its specialization and restoration,and it can provide scientific reference to controlling the quality of Fufangdantong Tablets for different areas. ......
