非贵金属缎造卡环弹性极限及其相应卡抱力

     摘要:目的 研究非贵金属锻丝卡环的弹性极限及其相应卡抱力。 方法 成品锻丝卡环直径分别为0.8,0.9和1.0 mm制作试件。应用万能材料试验机测试采集试件加载变形及其卸载回复全过程的电信号,通过A/D转换器将电信号转换成数字信号并贮存于计算机中;应用基于MATLAB平台开发的计算机绘图软件处理分析、计算锻丝卡环弹性极限及其相应卡抱力。结果 直径为0.8,0.9和1.0 mm的锻丝卡环弹性极限分别是0.639,0.608和0.482 mm,其相应卡抱力是0.167,0.196和0.335 N。 结论 在临床工作中,应根据不同倒凹长度、坡度及卡环粗细选择进入倒凹的深度,以获得较理想的固位效果。

    The Elastic Limit and the Relevant Enclasp Force

    of NonPrecious Metal Wrought Wire Clasp

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the elastic limit and relevant enclasp force of the nonprecious metal wrought wire clasp. Methods 30 wrought wire clasp samples were made and divided into three groups,diameter were 0.8, 0.9 and 1.0 mm, respectively. The process of clasp samples deflected by loading and returned by unloading was tested and electric signals were collected by an omnipotent material machine. The analogous electric signal was converted to digital signal by digital converter and stored in a computer. The elastic limit and the relevant enclasp force were analyzed using a relative software. Results The elastic limit of the nonprecious metal wrought wire clasp made from 0.8, 0.9 and 1.0 mm diameter were 0.639, 0.608 and 0.482 mm, respectively, the relevant enclasp force were 0.167, 0.196,0.335 N. Conclusion In clinic, the suitable undercut deepness must according to different diameter, length and slope. ......
