蚌式皮瓣在手部软组织缺损中的应用 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的 介绍一种简单有效皮瓣的用来修复手部皮肤脱套。方法 利用腹壁下动脉胸脐支和腹壁浅动脉在脐部的吻合，设计蚌式皮瓣，对6例手部皮肤脱套伤及软组织缺损的患者实施手术覆盖创面。结果 皮瓣全部成活，效果好。结论 蚌式皮瓣为一种新的皮瓣设计，具有切取面积大、不破坏腹直肌鞘的优点，操作简单、风险小，可有效的应用修复于手部软组织缺损。

    [Abstract] Objective To introduce a new designed flap for the large soft tissue defect in the hand.Methods We designed a flap which like a clam to cover the soft tissue defect in the hand in 6 patients，through the anastomosis of the paraumbilical branch of inferior epigastric artery and the superficial epigastric artery in the umbilical region.Results All flaps survived with satisfied results.Conclusion The clamflap is practicable and valuable for the large soft tissue defect in the hand.For it didn’t destruction the sheath of rectus abdominis ......
