心安颗粒抗实验性心肌损伤氧自由基作用的研究

     摘要：目的研究心安颗粒有无抗氧自由基的作用。方法取SD大鼠用异丙肾上腺素复制心肌损伤模型，检测心肌组织中硫酸巴比妥酸法(MDA)、黄嘌呤氧化酶法(SOD)，观察其抗氧自由基作用。结果心安颗粒能降低大鼠损伤心肌组织中MDA、升高SOD(P<0.05)，高中剂量组与黄芪精作用相当，试药组间有量效关系。结论心安颗粒具有抗氧自由基的作用。

    Experimental Study on Anti-Oxide Free Radical Effect of XinAn Granule

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the antioxide free radical effect of XinAn Granule(XAG).MethodsThe drug was fed to SD rats.The content of MDA and the activity of SOD of myocardial were examined in isoprenaline induced myocardial damage model. Results By using this drug, the content of MDA decreased and the activity of SOD increased in myocardium(P<0.05), those effects are equal to HuagQiJing.It has doseeffect relationship between XinAn. ConclusionXAG has an antioxide free radical effect.
