     摘要：目的建立通脉活血灵胶囊的质量标准。方法建立丹参、槐米、大黄、制首乌的薄层鉴别方法和丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。结果在薄层(TLC)色谱中检出丹参、槐米、大黄、制首乌，阴性对照无干扰。丹参酮ⅡA的线性范围为0.080 5~0.402 4 μg(r = 0.999 8)，平均回收率为101.00%，RSD=1.43%。结论定性定量方法简便、准确，专属性强，重现性好，能有效地控制该制剂的质量。

    Study on Quality Standard for Tongmai Huoxue Ling Capsules

    Abstract：ObjectiveThe quality standard for Tongmai Huoxueling capsules were studied.MethodsThe TLC method for identification of Przewalsk Sage Root，Rhubarb，Pagodatree Flower Bud ，Fleeceflower Root in these capsules were established.The tanshinoneⅡA was determined by HPLC.ResultsPrzewalsk Sage Root， Rhubarb，Pagodatree Flower Bud ，Fleeceflower Root could be detected by TLC.TanshinoneⅡA showed a linear relationship at the concentration range of 0.080 5~0.402 4 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 101.00% with RSD=1.43%(n=3).ConclusionThis method is suitable for the quality control of Compound Tongmai Huoxueling Capsules. ......
