紫外分光光度法测定补骨脂药材中总呋喃香豆素含量2

     摘要:目的建立紫外分光光度法测定补骨脂药材中总呋喃香豆素的含量。方法补骨脂药材粉末经索氏提取2 h,过聚酰胺柱后,采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为245 nm对补骨脂药材中的总呋喃香豆素进行测定。结果采用该方法可准确测定补骨脂药材中总呋喃香豆素的含量,补骨脂素在1.008~10.08μl/ml范围内吸光度与浓度的线性关系良好,样品平均回收率为98.7%,精密度RSD为0.11%,重复性RSD为2.8%,稳定性RSD为0.75%(4 h内)。结论该方法简单、准确,可用于补骨脂药材中总呋喃香豆素的含量测定。

    Determination of the Total Furanocoumarins in Fructus Psoraleae by UV Spectrophotometry

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a UV spectrophotometry for determination of the total furanocoumarins in Fructus Prosraleae. MethodsThe powder of Fructus Psoraleae was extracted by CH3OH for two hours and puerariaed by polyamide column chromatography ;when it was determined by UV spectrophotometry, wave length was 245 nm.ResultsThe method had good linear relationship from 1.008μl/ml to 10.08 μl/ml,and the recovery rate was 98.7%.The relative standard deviation of accurate test and stability test were 2.8%and 0.75% respectively.ConclusionThe method is simple and accurate, and can be used for determination of the total furanocoumarins in Fructus Psoraleae. ......
