摘要：目的考查不同品种、不同产地野菊花的氨基酸分布情况。方法用氨基酸自动分析仪测定。结果所测野菊花均含有17种氨基酸，其中8种为人体必需氨基酸。江西产的野菊有13种氨基酸的含量较高。结论不同种与变种的野菊花氨基酸种类及含量无明显差异。生境、生长时间及采收季节等因素影响野菊的氨基酸含量。关键词：野菊花； 氨基酸
The Amino Acids Analysis of Mother Chrysanthemum in Different Growing Areas and Varieties

Abstract:ObjectiveTo research amino acids of Mother Chrysanthemum in different growing areas and varieties.MethodsThe contents of 18 amino acids were determined automatic analysis instrument.ResultsThere are 17 amino acids in the Mother Chrysanthemums,8 amino acids are essential to human life among them.The contents of 13 amino acids are the highest in Mother Chrysanthemum of Jiangxi.ConclusionThe kinds and contents of amino acids have no much difference in the varieties.The contents of amino acids are influenced by growing areas,growing time and harvest season.
