摘要:目的 观察艾可合剂(AKHJ)抗实验性急性前列腺炎的作用及急性毒性反应,考察其有效性和安全性。方法 用1%角叉菜胶生理盐水溶液致大鼠急性前列腺炎模型,观察AKHJ抗实验性急性前列腺炎作用。设AKHJ高、中、低3个剂量组,每日分别给予AKHJ(含生药26.0,13.0,6.5 g/kg)。连续灌胃7 d。模型对照组和假手术组按同法每日灌胃等量蒸馏水。另设最大给药量组和生理盐水对照组,采用灌胃给药。 结果 服用AKHJ后,模型大鼠前列腺质量不同程度减轻;光学显微镜显示腺腔内炎症细胞浸润程度及纤维母细胞增生程度有所减轻,高、中剂量组较模型对照组差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。按生药量计算小鼠对AKHJ最大耐受量>156.4 g/kg(生药/体质量),相当于临床给药剂量的20倍。实验期间小鼠活动略减少,未出现中毒症状,AKHJ最大给药量组和生理盐水组小鼠均无死亡,体质量增加相近。 结论 AKHJ具有良好的抗急性前列腺炎作用,且毒性小,安全性高。关键词: 艾可合剂; 前列腺炎; 动物,实验; 急性毒性实验
The Effect of “AKHJ” Against Experimental Acute Prostatitis
and the Acute Toxicity Reaction

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of “AKHJ” on experimental acute prostatitis and the acute toxicity reaction of AKHJ in rats or mice. Methods Firstly, the acute prostatitis models induced by 1% carrageen injection in rats and treated with “AKHJ” 6.5, 13, 26 g·kg-1·d-1(crude drug), ig for 7 d, respectively. Secondly, after feeding drugs, observed and recorded poisoning symptoms, and calculated the maximal tolerance. Results The weight of prostate and the proliferation degree of acute prostatitis were obviously decreased in both high and middle groups of “AKHJ” compared with model group. Maximal tolerance of experimental mice to “AKHJ” was larger than 156.4 g crude drug per kilogram body weight, that was about 20 times as the recommended dose in clinic. Activity state of the mice was wel1, and the mice were kept alive. Conclusion “AKHJ” could obviously inhibit experimental acute prostatitis in rats. “AKHJ” is 1ower toxicity and well tolerantly. ......
