    摘要 目的 评价CT引导下经皮硬膜外靶位注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘脱出的作用及效果。方法 CT引导下经皮穿刺硬膜外靶位注射胶原酶治疗临床诊为腰椎间盘脱出并经CT和/或MRI检查(3个月内)证实的患者32例。结果 经3～12个月随访,31例取得良好的治疗效果,其中28 例治愈,3例有效,无效1例，所有病例均无并发症发生。结论 CT引导下经皮硬膜外靶位注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘脱出是一种操作准确、创伤小、安全有效的介入治疗方法。

    Abstract Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of collagenase chemonucleolysis injection on lumbar intervertebral disc extrusion by percutaneous putamen in CT position. Methods We collected 32 cases with lumber intervertebral disc extrusion diagnosed by clinic and examined CT or(and)MRI within 3 months, who underwent percutaneous collagenase chemonucleolysis. Results All the cases had been followed up for 3-20 months,30 of whom had a good efficient: 28 cases were cured;3 cases were valid;1 case was invalid, and there was no complications occurred. Conclusion Percutaneous collagenase chemonucleolysis in CT position was a convenient, safe, efficient and minimal invasive technique. ......
